We do not produce carpets to win awards. Over the years, our work has nevertheless been recognised by jurors, peers, and the international design press. This page is the record — each entry with the year, the jury, and the carpet.
2026 — Architizer A+Product Awards: Special Mention
LEGENDS — Tenby was selected as a Special Mention in the Carpet & Flooring category of the 2026 Architizer A+Product Awards. The jury is composed of practising architects and designers from renowned firms worldwide.

Tenby is one of the designs in our LEGENDS 2026 collection — a new collection developed for TVR's twentieth anniversary in 2026. The design idea behind LEGENDS 2026 is itself rooted in our original LEGENDS 2013 collection (see below), but the two are distinct collections, thirteen years apart.
2022 — Architizer A+ Awards: Popular Choice Winner
Our Spaces collection was named Popular Choice Winner at the 2022 Architizer A+ Awards — the world's largest awards programme for architecture and design.

2020 — European Product Design Award: Winner
The Spaces collection won the European Product Design Award in 2020, judged by an international panel of design professionals.

2013 — Carpet Design Awards Hannover: Second Place, Best Collection Transitional
Our original LEGENDS 2013 collection placed second in the Best Collection — Transitional category at the 2013 Carpet Design Awards in Hannover. Several of its designs were later spun off into their own dedicated collections — each developing a single design through a full range of colourways — including Mystique, Kork Reintegration, Siena, and others. Thirteen years later, for TVR's twentieth anniversary, we returned to the LEGENDS idea with a new collection — LEGENDS 2026 — which produced the Tenby design recognised by the 2026 Architizer A+Product Awards (above).

2014 — Carpet Design Awards Hannover: Finalist, Best Innovation
Our stereogram carpet — a hand-knotted piece with a hidden three-dimensional image embedded in a flat surface, using a stereoscopy technique adapted from optics to wool and silk — was named Finalist for Best Innovation at the 2014 Carpet Design Awards in Hannover.

2013 — Carpet Design Awards Hannover: Finalist, Best Innovation (LANY)
Ceci n'est pas LANY was named Finalist for Best Innovation at the 2013 Carpet Design Awards in Hannover. The carpet — created in 2012 — is a hand-knotted portrait of the Belgian DJ Maxim Lany, and the world's first carpet woven from a real-life photograph.
